Well April in quarantine with 2 young children was not the easiest.  It we did cook at home a lot more. Discovered some amazing dishes we plan on making again. Lemon chicken with green beans was one. It was amazing. 

I did plateau this month and not lose any pounds. But I also slacked on tracking.

I did however ride my bike 2x a week which was one goal. I also was forced to walk around the block a few times with the kids. I need someone to help with my motivation but I dont want to deal with a know it all cheerleader. People who have taken this journey annoy the shit outta me. "If I can do it so can you" um nope. 

Everyone has their why... don't pressure me to.follow mine. I have to do this my way in my time. I'm sure my mother would call me stubborn if she read that lol 

Goal this month: lose 15 lbs
