Ok I suck. I keep staying I'll do better. I keep saying today is the day. I keep starting over.

I ordered the new fad magic pill.... it didn't work for me ... so I found an app that tailors workouts for your ability. If you can't do that work out yet you tell the app and it suggests something different. Since I'm so chicken to go back to gyms (thanks covid 🤬) I have to find an at home solution. I'm tried of living in fear of falling on the ground. 

So I worked out today. For 20 whole minutes. If it wanted me to lay down I laid on couch. I made it work. My goal is to be able to get up and down from the ground on my own by Christmas. There i did it. I put it in writing. Here we go.
