8 week Milestone

Got this in the mail. It seems so minor. 10 pbs NBD 🤷🏼‍♀️ last 8 weeks I have done decent with my eating habits and tracking what I'm eating. I have stopped drinking soda and almost completely quit sweet tea 🙌. We have been making dinner at home more to combat the urge to eat fast food. My children are not a fan, they are 8 and 4, they would be happier if I allowed them chicken nuggets all the time. My next goal is to add extra physical activity to my daily routine. If I have to have all this "free time" I should make some decent use of it. I want to join VASA. They have a pool and aquatic exercise would be best for my knees until I lose some significant weight. Plus they have a daycare center. My secondary goal is to blog more so I am able to look back on this journey when or if I succeed.
